Registration and payment methods


All participants are required to officially register and pay the registration fee. One registration will provide only one access to the conference. Any additional participant that need access to the conference need to register and pay the registration fee. Author registration and payment must be made by 7 March 2021. Papers without a registration will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.

  • 1. A zipped file name “JPCS final manuscript guideline for authors” has been provided for authors. This file contains all the required information for authors to prepare the final manuscript.

  • 4. Authors must agree to the IOP Proceedings Licence, as in the “proceedings license.pdf”
  • 5. By submitting an article for publication in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS), author is assumed to accept the terms of the Proceedings Publication License as mention in (4).
  • 6. Final manuscript must be in PDF. No changes are allowed after the final manuscript has been submitted for final publication. Thus, it is important for the authors to adequately checked and proofed prior to submission of the final manuscript.
  • 7. Authors must have applied for, and obtained, permission to reproduce in electronic form (and print form, where appropriate) any copyright materials to be included in their paper. It is the responsibility of individual authors to obtain copyright permission; the Publisher’s staff are unable to undertake this on their behalf. Failure to obtain copyright permissions can result in significant delays to publication. Copyright permissions must be submitted to the ICoEngTech 2021 at the same time as the electronic files and no later than the Camera-Ready due date.
  • 8. The number of references should have a minimum of 15 references.
  • 9. To avoid plagiarism, authors must ensure that the final manuscript has similarity maximum of 20%.
